At AuraFragrance, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every scent; if you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the fragrance in its original, unopened manufacturer packaging and place it into a sturdy shipping box with protective padding.

• 3.
  Shipping the Product

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package via a trackable carrier to our warehouse facility, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
